Returns Policy
Returns are possible as long as the items are in a re-sell-able condition. Items can be returned to the nearest branch along with proof of purchase within 14 days of the original sale. Alternatively, you can arrange for a collection by calling 0208 947 9933. Please have your original receipt to hand. The collection service has a minimum charge of 15% of the order value and may increase depending on location and product type.
A restocking fee may be applied to certain products.
Please note, we cannot refund any perishable products such as Bagged Material / Plasterboard etc
